IDEX is the largest and most important defence exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and one of the top three defence exhibitions worldwide.Launched in 1993, it serves as a global business platform for defence, homeland security, aerospace, naval, and military technologies.The exhibition brings together international defence manufacturers, armed forces, government delegations, and procurement officials from all over the world.

5. Transportation Guide

By Air

• Arrive at: Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH)

• Airport → ADNEC:

• Taxi / Ride-hailing (UHC, Careem): 20–30 minutes

• Bus: Airport bus + local bus lines A1 / A2 to ADNEC

Within Abu Dhabi

• Bus: Take local bus routes A1, A2, 50 to ADNEC stop

• Taxi: Direct to “ADNEC Exhibition Centre”

From Dubai

• Car: E11 Sheikh Zayed Road → Abu Dhabi, approx. 1.5 hours

• Intercity bus: Dubai bus station → Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station, then taxi to ADNEC
