Exhibition Introduction

Indonesia Jakarta Military, Police, Defence Exhibition (Indo Defence) is Indonesia’s important and only exhibition showcasing military and civilian aerospace products, maritime technologies and products, and defence industry-related equipment.It is a platform where many defence industry companies gather to learn the latest news and development trends of the defence industry.Exhibitors have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to international audiences and establish partnerships with Indonesian defence industry companies.

The exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Defence of Indonesia, and organized and supported by the Indonesian Air Force, Department of Industry, Ministry of Transportation, and Department of Trade.In response to several terrorist attacks in the country, the Indonesian Ministry of Defence modernized its military in 2011.The defence budget was 7.3 billion US dollars in 2012, and was projected to grow at a CAGR of 22.4% to reach 18.2 billion US dollars by 2017.
