Introduction to MILEX - Belarus Defence and Security ExhibitionMILEX is the most authoritative exhibition of weapons, military equipment and military machinery in Belarus. With a long history, it is strongly supported by the Ministry of Defence of Belarus, the State Authority for Military Industry of Belarus, and the major military industrial enterprise Belspetsvneshtechnika (BSVT).

MILEX will display state-of-the-art models of weapons and military equipment designed by engineering companies from Belarus, Russia, CSTO member states and other foreign countries.

Belarus borders Russia to the east and north, Ukraine to the south, and Poland, Lithuania and Latvia to the west. Together with Russia and Kazakhstan, Belarus has established the Eurasian Economic Union, with deepening integration in economy, military and other fields. As a hub connecting two unions and two seas (the Eurasian Economic Union & EU, the Baltic Sea & Black Sea), Belarus is a key land transport route from the former CIS region to Europe and a strategic partner country of the Belt and Road Initiative. China and Belarus maintain a comprehensive strategic partnership.

MILEX showcases military products competitive with foreign equivalents to potential partners and supports the signing of profitable contracts.
