Positioning: A major project of Dongguan City, an important innovation node of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, a demonstration park for Guangzhou-Dongguan regional coordinated development. With Intelligent Manufacturing+ as the core, it is built to be a business card of the Greater Bay Area's intelligent manufacturing, a highland and model demonstration area for Intelligent Manufacturing+ development of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.
Location: No.88 Jinyuan Road, Zhongtang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province (Chajiao Industrial Park), adjacent to Zhongtang Station of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway and Machong Exit of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway (G4), across the river from Xintang, Guangzhou, the core industrial plate of Dongguan's "North Gate".
Core Scale: Planned total land area of 1380 mu (about 920,000 ㎡), total planned investment of 20 billion CNY, total planned construction area of over 3 million ㎡; the first demonstration Area A (170,000 ㎡) was put into operation in 2022, Industrial Area B (230,000 ㎡) completed space upgrading, with a maximum building height of 98.85m.
Development Goal: After full completion, it will attract more than 2,000 enterprises to settle in and absorb over 50,000 high-end R&D and technical talents, becoming the primary undertaking place for the transfer of intelligent manufacturing industries in the Greater Bay Area.

The project creates a full-format industrial space of R&D office, high-standard factory building, single building headquarters and river view building, all with legal property rights for sale and lease.
